Our services
For over 30 years, PRÜFAG has been the auditor of choice for companies with a wide range of different legal forms. We carry out audits pursuant to the Swiss Auditing Standards (SAS), the International Standard on Auditing (ISA) as well as the Swiss Standard on Limited Audits – both for single legal entities and for groups. One particular focus is the auditing of NPOs which prepare their annual financial statements pursuant to Swiss GAAP FER (21). Our strengths also include other audit types such as audits of capital increases, capital reductions or conversions, in addition to collective employment agreement compliance/payroll examinations.
