GAV and wage equality reviews
In the last few years, PRÜFAG has become specialised in carrying out collective employment agreement compliance/payroll examinations (GAV) and has also been conducting wage equality reviews since 2014. While in the case of collective employee agreement compliance/payroll examinations the review reports are addressed to the joint commissions governing the respective collective employee agreement, the reports on wage equality reviews are produced for the commissioning company.
